The Operations division leads operational excellence across the organization, ensuring efficient processes, risk management, and compliance. It Oversees HR, legal, digital systems, and facilities to support strategic objectives.

The HR department leads GSF’s People and Culture agenda, shaping strategies that attract, nurture, and retain our exceptional talent. The team champions employee engagement, wellbeing, and development across the full employee lifecycle, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organisational culture.

The Risk and Operations team oversees organisational risk management, office and facility operations, and travel coordination. They are your contact for anything office-related, and manage Perk, our travel platform.

The Legal and Compliance team ensures that GSF operates in full alignment with applicable law, its statutes, and international best practices. We provide legal advice to management and the Board, review and draft contracts, and support corporate governance. We monitor regulatory developments relevant to GSF activities and ensure timely implementation of required measures. The team oversees compliance programs such as anti-money laundering, data protection, and conflict-of-interest prevention.

The Digital Systems department is there to support and enable Gold Standard to deliver on its vision, mission, and strategy. They provide GS with managed digital services that are fit for purpose, secure, compliant, and usable.

The DS team also oversees all the development of new digital products and platforms, including the Assurance platform, the registry, the SDG tool, as well as apps for internal use.
